In Mexico, every dish "has its day"--or more accurate, has its hour to be eaten. Tacos de pastor are not for lunch. Carnitas are not for dinner. And so it goes. As such, we invite you on our evening tour to give you the chance to explore the "evening side" of Mexican cuisine. Spend a night with us visiting a local open air cenaduria (Mexican diner), the obligatory taco spots, and much more!
