Welcome to My Mexican Kitchen

Mexican food is one of the more diverse cuisines in the world. As with its people, its flavors come from a complex combination of origins, where the Mayan influences fused with the Aztec and were then overlaid with Spanish. Xitomatl (tomatoes) and xocoatl (chocolate) have their roots in this rich country, as does Cesar Salad (created in Tijuana).

Let My Mexican Kitchen introduce you to real, unadulterated Mexican food from the heart of the country. Chefs Edgar Garcia Cordova and Travis Dietz guide you through the rich smells, flavors and textures of gastronomic Mexico, with an invitation to join in and learn the secrets, or to simply enjoy the dining experience.



Delve into the Mexican culinary culture while you are here; take something home with you that won’t fade away with the cold weather days—a cooking class with us in beautiful Bucerias. Or let us worry about the cooking while you simply enjoy the rich smells and delicious flavors as we cater a
dinner for you in your home or for your grand fiesta.

Welcome to My Mexican Kitchen, celebrating 4 years of fresh, delicious, traditional Mexican food (and 4 years of the same prices!) As with every season, we are growing and improving. So join us—or let us join you—and don’t leave our beautiful paradise without having a real taste of Mexico. 

Come visit us and try some delicacies at the Monday Market at the Bucerias Art Walk Plaza, every Monday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. 

Stop by for a free sample at the Bucerias Art Walk, every Thursday evening from 7 p.m. to 9 p.m.
